CREATIVE PRODUCER, SEASONS 5-6

​

Contributed to story formulation and script development in the writer room.

​

Served as de facto Showrunner on set to guide the translation of page to screen, and ensured serialized tonal moments and episode-specific story beats were effectively executed on camera.

​

Worked directly with writers, directors, and cast to troubleshoot continuity and clarity issues on set, and collaborated with actors to affect necessary performance adjustments. 

​

Liaised with Native American Technical Advisors to ensure a respectful and appropriate handling of Indigenous storylines and dialogue.  

​

Managed all preparatory and on-set producing duties, including preliminary and technical scouting, departmental meetings and show-and-tells, and audition and casting sessions. 

​

Collaborated with Unit Production Manager and Line Producers to track logistics and budgeting considerations prior to and during filming.

​

SEGMENT PRODUCER, SCRIPT COORDINATOR, WRITER ASSISTANT, SEASONS 1-4

​

Responsible for the creation of thorough writer-room notes, proofing of scripts for comprehension and clarity, implementation of script revisions, scheduling of meetings with department heads, and organization of calls with Netflix and Warner Horizon executives. 

​

Participated in all meetings throughout production, including tone meetings, director meetings, casting sessions, and departmental show-and-tells. 

​

Served as primary intermediary between Showrunners and department heads in order to dispense information and grant approvals.

Coordinated with studios and networks to set meetings and pitches.

Assisted with all areas of production management and provided support of a variety of ongoing projects, including the official Sundance 2011 selection The Interruptors and the Peabody Award-winning ESPN 30 for 30 No Crossover: The Trial of Allen Iverson, both from Emmy Award-winning director Steve James. 

​

Wrote National Endowment for the Humanities grant which earned $75k in production funding for Encounters with the Other, a feature-length documentary about the Tsimane people of Bolivia.
